Introduction to Cytavision

  • Live viewing of television channels in Standard, High, and Ultra-High Definition.
  • Live viewing of football matches either through sports add-ons or by purchasing matches (Pay per View).
  • Cytavision Go: watch Cytavision content on portable devices (computer, mobile, tablet) anywhere in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Watching on-demand content (movies, series, documentaries, children's shows) on television or portable devices.
  • Catch-Up TV up to 7 days back. If you miss a program, you can go back and watch it up to 7 days after its original screening.
  • Pause & resume: you can interrupt the program viewing for a while and restart it from the point where you stopped.
  • Restart: If you miss part of a program, you can restart it from the beginning.
  • Reminders can be activated for programs or series you don’t want to miss.
  • Profiles can be created for all members of the family, enabling them to watch their own Cytavision programs on their own devices.
  • Parental Control is available so that you can protect family members from unsuitable content.
  • Place your online order through My Cyta or the My Cyta App.
  • By contacting the Customer Contact Center (132) or electronically via email, Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter, or visit one of the CYTA stores.
  • Next, you will need to install the Cytavision app on your TV. To log in, you will need the Username and the Administrator Password that has been given to you or sent via email during the application for the service.
  • TV App works if there is an internet service and allows the immediate activation of the service (no equipment installation is required).

Cytavision offers three basic packages for the needs of its subscribers: the Value Pack, the Variety Pack, and the Cyprus Football Pack, as well as additional sports and services.
