Do you have an eSIM compatible device?

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Ensure that your iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi network or has an active internet connection.
  2. Open Settings and select Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Select Use QR Code.
  5. Scan the activation QR code.
  6. Tap Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Wait while the eSIM is downloaded and activated on your device.
  8. Once the process is complete, the eSIM will appear in your iPhone's Mobile Data settings and will be ready for use.

Android

  1. Ensure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network or has an active internet connection.
  2. Open Settings and select Connections, Network & Internet, or the equivalent menu available on your device.
  3. Select SIM Manager, SIM Cards, or Mobile Network.
  4. Tap Add eSIM or Download eSIM.
  5. Select Scan QR Code and scan the activation QR code.
  6. Wait while the eSIM is downloaded and activated on your device.
  7. Confirm the eSIM installation and choose whether it will be used for calls, messages, and/or mobile data.
  8. Once the process is complete, the eSIM will appear in your device’s SIM settings and will be ready for use.
