The Cytavision TV App is supported on the following TVs and devices with a model year within the last five years:
- Android TV: Smart TVs and Android TV devices. The app is available on the Google Play Store
- Samsung: Samsung Smart TVs. The app is available on the Samsung App Store
- LG: LG Smart TVs in FHD or UHD. The app is available on the LG Content Store
Alternatively, you can get the Cytavision TV Box without a monthly charge.
The Cytavision TV app is available on compatible Smart TVs through the Google Play Store, Samsung App Store and LG Content Store.
Search for the Cytavision TV app in your TV’s App Store (Google Play Store, Samsung App Store, or LG Content Store), install it and then follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.

If your TV is not compatible with Cytavision, you can use the Cytavision TV Box, which is provided free of charge, to access the service without having to replace your TV.

Alternatively, you can purchase any compatible Android Stick or Box from any Cyta Shop. The device must meet the following technical specifications:
- Operating system: Android TV 10+
- CPU: Quad-core
- RAM: at least 2GB
- Storage: at least 8GB
- Wired Connection or Wi-Fi: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 2.4GHz/5GHz
- Video Codecs: H.264, H.265 (HEVC), AV1, VP9
- Resolution: HD (1920x1080), 4K (3840x2160)
- Netflix and Prime Video Certified (to ensure DRM support)
- L1 hardware encryption required
The Cytavision TV Box is an Android Box designed specifically for Cytavision. It gives you direct access to the service and is provided without a monthly charge.
It is an ideal option if your TV is not compatible, or if you want additional convenience, such as a remote control with numeric keys and shortcuts, as well as automatic updates.
You can get one Cytavision TV Box for each viewing included in your subscription. Cyta can provide a maximum of 3 Cytavision TV Boxes, depending on the additional viewings on your subscription.
The TV Box must be returned to Cyta when the subscription or an additional viewing is terminated. If it is not returned, a charge of €50 per device applies.

Your subscription includes viewing on one TV, with the option to add a 2nd and/or 3rd viewing on other TVs at an additional charge.
All TVs must be connected to the same fixed or mobile Internet network for simultaneous viewing.
