I have connected the Set Top Box to my modem but on the TV there is a message “No Signal” and I can’t watch Cytavision. What can I do?
First, check that your Set Top Box is connected to the power supply. Activate it by pressing the blue button on the back. On your TV menu, select the HDMI outlet to which you have connected the Set Top Box. On most TVs, this is done by pressing the SOURCE or INPUT or ΑV key.
I have a picture but no sound. What can I do?

If the problem affects all channels, check the connection between the Set Top Box and the TV and make sure that the volume on both is not muted or set low.

If the problem persists, contact the Cyta Call Centre on 132.

There are interruptions and/or pixelation on the TV screen during programmes. What can I do?
Contact the Cyta Call Centre on 132.
When watching a live programme, I have noticed that there is a delay between my TV and the devices being used by others. Why is this?
A delay of less than one minute is a result of the way the signal of OTT (Over the Top) services is transmitted via mobile devices
Why can’t I replace devices that are currently linked to my account with new ones?
If you try to link more than 5 devices to your account (log-in from a 6th device), the app asks you to replace one of the current ones with a new one. This can only be done twice in the same month. For support, contact the Cyta Call Centre on 132.
What happens if I enter the wrong password as Administrator?
If you enter a wrong Administrator Profile password, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, all the profiles, including the Administrator Profile are locked and no connection is possible for 20 minutes.
What happens if I enter the wrong password for my Profile (not as Administrator)?
If you enter a wrong password, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, your Profile is locked and no connection can be made from the Set Top Box for 20 minutes. The other Profiles will function normally.
What happens if I enter the wrong Buy PIN?
If you enter a wrong Buy PIN, the system will ask you to enter the correct one. After the 5th incorrect attempt, you will not be able to make a purchase for 20 minutes.
