Movies & More - Viewing Instructions

  • There are two ways to get to the on demand collection. Using Cytavision’s remote control, either press the VoD button or the Home button and then Movies and More.
  • Select a movie and click OK. Before watching the movie, you have the option to watch the trailer. Also, by clicking on More you can read the summary, add the movie to a playlist, to a favorite list, or rate it.
  • For movies offered for free screening, you can watch it directly just by clicking Watch now.
  • If a movie is offered with a rental cost, press Purchase and then OK. Enter the purchase PIN. The purchase PIN is given to you upon connecting with the service. In case you do not have it, you can call the Consumer Contact Center, at 132, and a new purchase PIN will be given to you. By clicking Watch now you can watch the movie directly. The cost will appear on your next bill.
  • Movies offered with a rental cost are available for 48 hours from the time of purchase, whilst adult movies are available for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • You can find your rented films in two ways: By pressing TVod or Home button and then My TV. Rented films are under My Rentals.
  • To find your rented films history, you need to get to My Account by pressing the asterisk or the Home button and then My Account. Select Settings and then My Purchases. Under the Active Purchase category, you can see your rented films that are still available for watching. Under the Purchase History category you can find all the films you have purchased so far.
