To access Cytavision, you need a username and a temporary password, which are provided when the Service is activated. The first time you access the Service, you will be asked to replace the temporary password with a new password (Administrator Password). This will become your main password for signing in to and managing the Service through the Cytavision TV App and CytavisionGo.
Your new password must:
- Contain at least 8 characters
- Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number
- Not contain any special characters
In addition to the password, you will also receive the following codes:
- Parental Code: for access to content or channels protected by Parental Control
- Purchase Code: for purchasing or renting content
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the CytavisionGo app sign-in screen or through the CytavisionGo website by selecting “Forgot my Password” or “Help”. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
If you forget the password for an additional profile, the Service Administrator can change it from the main menu.
If you forget your Purchase Code or Parental Code, call the Customer Contact Centre on 132 to receive a new code.
If you enter an incorrect password 5 times in a row, the app will be locked for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, you can try again with the correct password.
You can have up to 5 profiles in total: the Administrator Profile and up to 4 additional profiles, allowing each member of the family to enjoy a personalised viewing experience.
Through the Administrator Profile, you can create and manage profiles and set one as the Default Profile, so that the app opens automatically with that profile when Cytavision starts.
Parental Control allows you to restrict access to content according to age and to lock specific channels.
From the Administrator Profile, go to Settings (pencil icon) for the profile you want to manage and select “Parental Guidance Level” to set the desired age limit.
The Parental Code is required to view content with a higher age rating or locked channels.
With Catch Up, you can watch available programmes for up to 7 days after they air.
Select “TV Guide”, choose the day you want, find the channel and programme, and select “Play”.
ExperienceMore is an Add-On that enhances your sports viewing experience and is available in combination with the Full Sports Content option.
It includes:
- Cytavision Sports 4K 1 & 2: Sports channels in 4K resolution
- Cytavision Sports MV (Multiview): Multiview and Multi-Angle features for selected matches and sports channels
- CY Football Replay: Selected matches from the Cyprus football archive

From the main menu, select “Channels” to view all available channels or “TV Guide” to view their schedules in one place.
While watching a channel, press OK and use the left and right arrows on the remote control to view the schedules of other channels without interrupting what you are watching.
You can change the audio and subtitle language while watching, if the options are available for the specific content. Press OK on the remote control and select the settings icon displayed at the bottom of the screen.
You can also use Settings in the main menu to set your default audio, subtitle and menu languages.
Cytavision offers three main packages:
- Value TV Pack: Includes more than 60 channels with Cypriot, Greek and international programming, including children’s programmes, movies, series, documentaries and other entertainment content. It also includes a selection of free On Demand content from the Movies & More collection.
- Variety TV Pack: Offers more than 80 channels and an even wider variety of entertainment content, with popular movie and series channels such as Nova, FX, FX Life and Movies Best HD. It also includes the full Movies & More collection free of charge.
- Cyprus Football Pack: Includes Cyprus football matches through the Cytavision Sports 1–2 and Cablenet Sports 1 sports channels, as well as 14 Cypriot channels.
You can enhance the Value and Variety packages with the available Add-Ons (Cyprus Football, International Sports Content, Full Sports Content, ExperienceMore, OMONOIA TV, and a 2nd and/or 3rd Viewing Package), depending on the content that interests you. With the Cyprus Football Pack, you can add only OMONOIA TV and a 2nd and/or 3rd viewing.
From the main menu, select Movies & More to browse the available movies and series. Select the content that interests you to view more information and, where available, the trailer.
All content is offered at no additional charge, except for individual movies that are available to rent using the Purchase Code and remain available for 48 hours from the time of purchase.

From the main menu, select “My Account” and then “My Purchases”, where you can view your purchase history for the last 3 months.
