soeasy Pay As You Go

The prepaid service soeasy offers you:

  1. Purchase a Physical SIM Card
    You can get a physical SIM card from any sales point.
    In order to use your connection, you must complete the Subscriber Identification process.

    Subscriber Identification is the procedure of registering yourself as the owner of the soeasy number by providing your personal details (first name, last name, ID number). This process can be done: Your connection will be activated automatically right after the identification is completed.

  2. Purchase an eSIM
    Alternatively, you can purchase an eSIM.
    In this case as well, you are required to complete the Subscriber Identification process (digitally or at a store).
    Your eSIM will be activated automatically once the identification is completed.

The SIM card is valid for 365 days from the first top-up.

If 365 days pass without a new top-up being made, outgoing calls will be immediately suspended. For the next 7 days, only incoming calls and emergency calls are allowed.

After the 7 days, you have an additional 15 days to renew your time. If you do not top up during this period, your connection to the soeasy service will be terminated. Specifically, the phone number will be canceled, and the connection to the Cyta network will be cut of.

You can buy a soeasy Connection Pack online, at all Cyta Shops, in any of our Cyta Partner Network shops and kiosks!

The basic plans are:

soeasy Classic
By activating the soeasy Connection Pack, you are automatically enrolled in the soeasy Classic plan.
Service usage charges apply according to the soeasy price list.

soeasy Combo
You can link your soeasy account with a Red/FREEDOM contract plan to automatically receive the COMBO top-up you choose every month.

The content allowance (voice, sms, data or pocket money) provided with Combo 10, Combo 15, Combo 20 and International packs is valid for 31 days.

You can choose the soeasy Combo package that best suits your needs and link it with a contract plan to get the device you desire.

You may then proceed with placing your order online through Cyta website or by visiting a Cyta shop or a Cyta partner network store.

For the provision of soeasy with a smartphone it is required that:

  • A 24month commitment period
  • Connectιon with a contract plan through which the monthly bill will be repaid (Direct Debit Authorization required).

The monthly subscription includes both the subscription of the content allowance (Minutes, SMS, GB’S and €2 Pocket Money) and of the handset.

Top-up online with charge on a pay monthly plan

Top-up online any soeasy mobile number you want, with charge on a pay monthly mobile plan bill!

  • Top-up at any Cyta Shop, Partner Shop, kiosks and other selling points. Otherwise, you can buy a top-up card or a 16digit top-up code.
  • You may also buy a 16digit top-up code online here.

If you have a 16-digit top-up code, you can activate it using one of the following options:

  • Enter your top-up code online here
  • At a Cyta Shop, Partner Shop and kiosks
  • Via My Cyta app
  • Call 1882 and follow the instructions
  • Dial the code *115*16-digit secret number#
  • Call 1883 to top-up another soeasy number

Note: You can top-up even if you are abroad.

The activation of a monthly auto top-up requires commitment to a pay monthly plan of a parent/guardian.
So the owner of the monthly plan, can call Cyta Call Center at 132 or visit a Cyta Shop or any of our Cyta Partner Network shops and proceed with the order, with the chosen top-up value.

Note: Any unused allowance (minutes, SMS, Mobile internet) of the plan is not transferrable from one month to another. At any time within a month, you activate the monthly top-up, you will be charged with the proportional subscription of the plan chosen and will be entitled to the total allowance of minutes, SMS, GB's.

To change your monthly auto top-up value, call Cyta Call Center at 132 or visit a Cyta Shop or any of our Cyta Partner Network shops.

Note: You may change your tοp-up amount to a:

  • higher value once every 30 days
  • lower value once every 3 months

Yes. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into My Cyta
  2. Choose Online top-up
  3. Enter the soeasy number and select amount you wish to top up
  4. Select the payment method (e.g. Add to bill 99XXXXXX)

What you need to know:

  • Only customers with Pay Monthly plans can use this service.
  • If you have any unpaid bills from previous periods you will again not be able to Top-Up by charging your monthly bill. To be able to Top-Up you must first settle your outstanding bills.
  • Τhe amount of Spending Limit includes topping-up by charging your monthly. In case you have exceeded your Spending Limit for the month, you will not be able to Top-Up unless you increase your Spending Limit. To do that, you must go to the category Settings and increase the amount of Spending Limit, which will automatically allow you to Top-Up the soeasy account you wish by charging your monthly bill.

You may top-up Mobile Internet using one of the following options:

If you have available credit:

  • Check your available credit and add online the Mobile Internet pack that suits you
  • Via My Cyta app
  • Send an SMS to 8000 with the following keywords:
    «MI S» or «ΜΙ Small» Monthly Small pack
    «ΜΙ UNL7» - Unlimited GB / 7 days

Note: By adding a mobile internet pack via SMS the amount will be deducted from your soeasy account.

You will receive an sms when you have 300MB left in your account, and again another when you ran out of ΜΒ.

Alternatively, you may check your account balance online through My Cyta or on the My Cyta app.

Yes, soeasy service works abroad. Within the European Union, the "Roaming Like At Home" (RLAH) regulation applies, which allows you to use your data as you would in Cyprus, with a limit of 25GB per month for free data usage. After consuming 25GB, continued data usage incurs an additional charge of €0.15/MB.

For data usage outside the European Union, please check the applicable roaming fees for the country you are visiting. Roaming Charges | Cyta.

If you run out of airtime and you need to contact with someone urgently, with the “Call me back” service you can ask them for free to call you back. All you have to do is dial #120#.

Money Transfer
Use the Money Transfer service, to transfer money from your soeasy account to another soeasy account.

You can transfer credit as follows:

  1. Dial #105# and select the amount you want to transfer
  2. With MyCyta app.

With the GigaGIFT service, if you don't have available data or credit, you get 5GB for free to surf the internet for 24 hours!

You can activate it once a month:

If you need a new SIM, you must visit one of our Cyta Shops or partner stores, with your ID Card.

If you wish to change your connection from a Prepaid soeasy plan to a Contract plan or vice versa, you can do so quickly and easily without changing your number. All you need to do is visit any Cyta Shop or Cyta partner network, carrying your ID card with you.
