SameNumber Service

The SameNumber service allows you to use the same mobile number across multiple devices through multiple SIM/eSIM cards.

The service is available to Contract customers on the following plans:

  • RED
  • FREEDOM
  • Classic

For mobile phones and tablets, the SameNumber service can be activated through a Cyta shop or online via the Cyta website.

For compatible Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch devices, the service is activated automatically through the On Device Activation (ODA) process during eSIM activation and does not require separate service activation.

The following requirements must be met:

  • A compatible device
  • An active contract plan (RED, FREEDOM or Classic)
  • VoLTE service activated on the customer's device

The SameNumber service can be used on compatible mobile phones, tablets and smartwatches that support SIM or eSIM and VoLTE technology.

Indicatively, the service is supported on:

  • Smartphones with SIM or eSIM
  • Cellular-enabled tablets
  • Apple Watch with Cellular capability
  • Samsung Galaxy Watch with Cellular capability

You can have up to 4 SIM/eSIM cards with the same mobile number:

  • 1 Primary SIM/eSIM
  • Up to 3 Secondary SIM/eSIMs

With SameNumber, you can use your plan's voice minutes, SMS and included mobile data simultaneously across all your devices.

Incoming calls are delivered simultaneously to all devices using the active SIM/eSIM cards of the SameNumber service.

Incoming SMS messages are received only on the Primary SIM/eSIM.

The Primary SIM/eSIM is the main SIM/eSIM on which your mobile plan and mobile number are registered.

Yes. The SameNumber service works while roaming, provided that the device being used supports roaming services.

Yes. If you are already on a call on one device, you can receive and answer a new incoming call on a secondary device.

The number of the Primary SIM/eSIM is displayed for all services.

The service is provided with a monthly fee, according to Cyta's applicable price list.

The service can be deactivated through a Cyta shop or Customer Service Center 132.

The SameNumber service will be deactivated if the new plan does not support the service.

Existing MultiSIM services will be automatically migrated to the SameNumber service.

No action is required from the customer. Affected customers will be informed via SMS before the migration, and all connected SIM/eSIM cards will continue to operate normally.

The OneNumber service will be renamed to SameNumber.

No action is required from the customer. Affected customers will be informed via SMS and the service will continue to operate normally with the same features and charges.
