How do I activate a new soeasy SIM card?

To activate your soeasy card follow these steps:

  • Insert the SIM card into your phone and turn it on
  • Enter the PIN number found on the pack and press OK
  • Call 1882 from your mobile phone and select your preferred language (English or greek)​. Furthermore your soeasy account will be credited with €1 free initial airtime (only from Cyprus).

From then on you will be connected to the Cytamobile-Vodafone network. The validity period for the initial credit (airtime) is 90 days.

What is the validity period of my SIM card?

The SIM card remains active for 90 days from the date of activation, unless recharged.

If you don’t top-up within that 90-day period, outgoing calls are immediately terminated.

For the next 7 days only incoming calls and calls to emergency numbers are allowed. If you again do not top-up during this 7-day period, you have another 15 days left before your soeasy phone number is automatically cancelled and the connection to Cytamobile-Vodafone network terminated.

Where can I find a soeasy Connection Pack?

You can buy a soeasy Connection Pack online, at all Cyta Shops, in any of our Cyta Partner Network shops and kiosks!

What are the main soeasy plans?

You may choose from any of the following soeasy plans:

soeasy Classic 

  • By activating the soeasy connection package you are automatically in soeasy Classic plan.
  • The charges of this plan are according the soeasy tariffs.

soeasy Plus

  • By activating soeasy Plus, you may then proceed to top-up your account. The amount you top-up worth €10, €20, €35 or €50 will be converted into minutes, SMS, Mobile Internet and pocket money.
  • In case you top-up €1, €3 or €5, then this amount will be added to your main account and can be used with the basic charges.

soeasy Υouth

  • Available for ages under 27 with the option of a handset (24month commitment) or a SIM only soeasy Youth plan (without commitment).
  • Each soeasy youth plan includes specific content allowance (local Minutes, local SMS, Mobile Internet, pocket money).

soeasy International

  • Additional free minutes are provided for international calls to landlines/mobile phones in 38 countries.

What is the validity period of the content provided with soeasy plans?

The content allowance (voice, sms, data or pocket money) provided with soeasy Plus, soeasy Youth (sim only) and soeasy International Plans is valid for 30 days.

Can I get a smartphone with a soeasy Plan?

If you are up to 27 years old you can choose soeasy Youth plan with a device.

Just select the smartphone that best suits your needs and the amount of the automatic monthly top-up (€10, € 20 or €35). You may then proceed with placing your order online through Cyta website or by visiting a Cyta shop or a Cyta partner network store.

For the provision of soeasy Youth plan with a smartphone it is required that:

  • You present your ID (up to 27 years old).
  • 24month commitment period
  • One of your parents / guardians has a contract monthly plan and undertakes its repayment (Direct Debit Authorization required).

The soeasy youth plan monthly subscription with handset includes both the subscription of the content allowance (Minutes, SMS, GB’S and €1 Pocket Money) and of the handset.

How can I activate the soeasy plans?

Activate the plan that better suits your needs:

  • From My Cyta account
  • From selfCare App

You may order a soeasy Youth plan online through My Cyta account, in all Cyta Shops and at any of ou Cyta Partner Network, provided that you present your ID (up to 27 years old).

For the provision of soeasy Youth with a smartphone (24-month commitment) it is also required that a parent/guardian with a monthly plan undertakes its repayment.

How can I deactivate my plan?

You can deactivate your plan the following ways:

By sending an SMS to 8000

  • For soeasy Plus plan send off soeasy plus
  • For soeasy International send off soeasy inter
  • For soeasy Talk (Non-Commercially Available) send off soeasy Talk
  • For Text & Surf (Non-Commercially Available) send off soeasy TXTers

You may deactivate a soeasy Youth plan, in all Cyta Shops and at any of our Cyta Partner Network.

soeasy Υouth (without handset) Plan can also be deactivated by calling Cyta Call Center at 132.

soeasy Plus, soeasy International as well the non-commercially available Talk & Text & Surf Plans can be deactivated through MyCyta > My Alerts & Settings

How do I change my soeasy plan?

Sign in to My Cyta and change your soeasy plan through www.cyta.com.cy.

Simply find and activate the plan that fits your needs.

Alternatively, you can send an SMS to 8000 with the wording on soeasy [Plan].

In case you want to change your plan to soeasy Classic (which is the basic soeasy plan), you should first deactivate the program you have by sending an SMS to 8000 with the wording off soeasy [Plan] and then proceed to activate soeasy Classic.

You may change a soeasy Youth plan in all Cyta Shops and at any of our Cyta Partner Network.

You may change a soeasy Υouth – without handset Plan also by calling Cyta Call Center at 132.

What are the available top-up values?

You may proceed to top-up by choosing from the following values:

When you top-up with the amounts of €1, €3 or €5, the value will be added to your main account and can be used with the basic soeasy tariffs.

When you top-up with the amounts of €10, €20, €35 or €50, the allowance you receive will depend on your chosen plan. If you are in Classic credit allowance will be added to your main account. Otherwise, the value will be converted into minutes for use to standard fixed and mobile numbers within Cyprus or while travelling to EU countries, local SMS, Mobile Internet to use in Cyprus or while travelling to EU countries and €1 (pocket money) to use for any service as follows:

Notes:
• For soeasy Youth plans with handset the content allowance (Minutes, SMS, Mobile Internet, pocket money) subscription is included in the monthly subscription. So, the included content, based on the top-up value €10, €20 or €25 you have chosen, is automatically updated every month.
• For the value of €50 Auto top-up is not available. You can top-up €50 at any kiosk and the amount value will be added to your main account.

Notes:

Top-up online using your credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) through your My Cyta’ account or without logging-in:

  1. Enter desired mobile number for the Top Up

Top up through My Cyta

  1. Log in to My Cyta
  2. Choose top-up

Online top-up with charge on a pay monthly plan

Top-up online any soeasy mobile number you want, with charge on a pay monthly mobile plan bill!

  • Top-up at any Cyta Shop, Partner Shop, kiosks and other selling points. Otherwise, you can buy a top-up card or a 16digit top-up code.
  • You may also buy a 16digit top-up code online here.

If you have a 16-digit top-up code, you can activate it using one of the following options:

  • Enter your top-up code online here
  • At a Cyta Shop, Partner Shop and kiosks
  • Via selfCare App
  • Call 1882 and follow the instructions
  • Dial the code *115*16-digit secret number#
  • Call 1883 to top-up another soeasy number

Can I buy top-up online with charge on a pay monthly plan?

Yes. Just follow these simple steps:
Log into My Cyta
Choose Online top-up
Enter the soeasy number and select amount you wish to top up
Select the payment method (e.g. Add to bill 99XXXXXX)

What you need to know:
Only customers with Pay Monthly plans can use this service.
If you have any unpaid bills from previous periods you will again not be able to Top-Up by charging your monthly bill. To be able to Top-Up you must first settle your outstanding bills.
Τhe amount of Spending Limit includes topping-up by charging your monthly. In case you have exceeded your Spending Limit for the month, you will not be able to Top-Up unless you increase your Spending Limit. To do that, you must go to the category Settings and increase the amount of Spending Limit, which will automatically allow you to Top-Up the soeasy account you wish by charging your monthly bill.

How can I top-up my Mobile Internet;

You may top-up Mobile Internet using one of the following options:

If you have available credit:

  • Check your available credit and add online the Mobile Internet pack that suits you
  • Send an SMS to 8000 with the following keywords:
    «MI Day» for Daily Pack
    «MI Week» for Weekly Pack
    «MI S» ή «ΜΙ Small» for Monthly Small Pack
    «MI LRG» for Monthly Large
    «MI XL» for Monthly XLarge Pack

Note: By adding a mobile internet pack via SMS the amount will be deducted from your soeasy account.

Do I get notified about the available Mobile Internet in my account?

You will receive an sms when you have 300MB left in your account, and again another when you ran out of ΜΒ.

Alternatively, you may check your soeasy balance online through MyCyta.

What is soeasy Rewards?

With soeasy Rewards plan you play games (Daily Scratch Cards, Monthly Puzzles, Sweepstakes) & earn gifts, discounts and rewards.

Further, with every top-up you collect Hearts to get more gifts.

How can I log in to soeasy Rewards?

Through the soeasy Rewards page, enter your mobile number to log in to your account. You will receive a one-time code on your mobile phone which you need to fill in to log in.

What other services are offered with soeasy service;

Panic Button
When you run out of MB, with Panic Button service you may surf the internet for 1 hour, once a month, free of charge. Just dial #150# from your phone.

Call me back
If you run out of airtime and you need to contact with someone urgently, with the “Call me back” service you can ask them for free to call you back. All you have to do is dial #120#.

Money Transfer
Use the Money Transfer service, to transfer money from your soeasy account to another soeasy account. Dial #105# and select the amount you want to transfer.

What do I need to do to convert my soeasy to a contract and vice versa?

If you wish to change your connection from a Prepaid soeasy plan to a Contract plan or vice versa, you can do so quickly and easily without any charge. All you need to do is visit any Cyta Shop or Cyta partner network, carrying your ID card with you.
