AT&T has shut down both its 2G and 3G networks. If you are roaming in USA and your handset only has 2G/3G capability, then voice, SMS and Internet services on the AT&T network will not be available.
We recommend that you connect manually to T-Mobile network. To do so switch off automatic network selection in your handset settings and activate manually search for available networks. Select then T-Mobile. Manual selection may require more than one attempt.
If your device still shows "No Service" make sure you are not in a place where T-Mobile doesn't have coverage.
Otherwise, you may contact us at 132 or +357 22 880 132.
When you travel outside the EU you are charged with the basic charges that apply.
However, you can minimize your roaming costs, which vary for each destination. Before you travel, check the roaming costs for the country you are visiting and the available networks. In some cases, these rates can be expensive, but you can reduce costs by making only essential calls and using data with Wi-Fi. You may manually choose the network with the cheapest roaming rates.
For managing your data usage abroad, a roaming limit of €50 applies. Υou will receive an SMS or pop up message when your bill reaches €40, and at €50 you will be notified again and the mobile internet service will be interrupted. You can continue using the service by increasing your limit until the end of the month.
