Auto top-up

What is Auto top-up?

With Auto top-up service your number is automatically topped up every month, with a pre-selected amount and specific date of the month. Debit/credit card storage is required for payment.

How can I activate Auto top-up?

Activate via:

My Cyta App:

  • Select “Auto top-up” on the home screen.
  • Then click on “Set Auto top-up”.
  • Enter the soeasy number & select top-up type.
  • Choose the top-up value.
  • Choose the date of the month you want automatic top-up to take place
    (Available dates are between the 1st and 28th of each month).
  • For payment, select an existing payment card or click on the option to add a new payment card, which will be automatically saved.
  • Click "Confirm".

My Cyta web:

  • Sign into your My Cyta account.
  • Select "Set up automatic top-up" and then "Add".
  • Enter the soeasy number & select the type of top-up.
  • Choose the top-up value.
  • Select the date of the month you want the automatic renewal to take place (Select dates are between the 1st and 28th of each month).
  • In the payment method, select an existing payment card or click on the option to add a new payment card, which will be saved automatically.
  • Click "Confirm".

Notes

  1. Upon completion of the process, you will receive a relevant message on the screen (app & web).
  2. Automatic top-up time is between 6:00 am -7:00 am, on the date selected.
  3. One day is required for the automatic top-up to be activated. So, if you select the current date to perform the monthly top-up, this will begin to occur from the following month.
What are the available Auto-top top-up values?

You can set an auto top-up by selecting from the values of €5, €10, €20, €35 and the Mobile Internet packs €5/4GB, €10/12GB or €15/24GB.

How will I get updated on my top-up every month?

The soeasy number receiving the top-up, receives a relevant SMS notification upon completion.
If you have downloaded the My Cyta app on your mobile phone, you will be informed every month about top-ups or possible errors, via push notifications. Alternatively, you can be updated by email.

What if I need additional top-up?

 You can proceed with another top-up at any time with any other method you wish.

How can I change or cancel Auto top-up?

 You can see and manage the automatic top-ups, via My Cyta account by selecting "Set up automatic top-up" and then "Manage".

Can I activate Auto top-up for any soeasy number?

Yes. You just have to enter the number for which you want to set an automatic monthly top-up.

Why has Auto top-up been canceled without my request?

The validity period of the automatic top-up has no expiry date, as long as the selected soeasy number meets the top-up credit conditions and there is available balance on your credit card. In case there is no available balance, the automatic payment is terminated. At the same time, if soeasy number leaves the Cyta network or is terminated, the automatic renewal will be automatically canceled.
