No. The Cytavision TV Box is provided when required to access the Cytavision TV App service. If you have a compatible Smart TV, you can use the Cytavision TV App directly without any additional equipment.
No. You will continue to enjoy your selected package and channels through the Cytavision TV App at the same price.
The Cytavision TV Box is provided at no monthly charge. If you obtain a compatible TV or terminate your subscription, you will be required to return it to Cyta. If the equipment is not returned, a charge of €50 will apply.
No. The installation is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes.
Connect the Cytavision TV Box to your TV using an HDMI cable and to your modem/router using an Ethernet cable. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Each subscription is entitled to one Cytavision TV Box per viewing and allows the use of up to three (3) devices, depending on the additional viewing options included in your subscription.
The remote control features numeric buttons that allow you to tune directly to Cytavision channels, as well as dedicated shortcut buttons for quick access to applications such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video and Cytavision.
It also enables easy navigation through platform sections such as Movies & More and Sports.
If you terminate your main subscription or any additional TV viewing option, you will need to return the corresponding Cytavision TV Box to Cyta.
If the equipment is not returned, a charge of €50 per unit will apply.
