- The volume of data you transfer through your pc includes both the data transferred through the Mobile Broadband service application, as well as data transferred by other applications installed on your pc, such as antivirus, anti-spyware programs, operating systems. The various installed applications connect to the Internet automatically and perform scheduled update/renewal tasks via the Mobile Broadband service. Automatic updates of installed applications on your Computer can be disabled if you wish. For more information, you can contact the supplier of your Computer and/or the developer/creator of the respective application you are using. It is best to disconnect the WiFi Router from other devices when you are not using it, to avoid data traffic as mentioned above.
- The volume of data usage displayed on your Mobile Broadband app, is indicative.
- Pay attention to apps that transfer large amounts of data (e.g. movies, images, maps, photos) as you may end up with higher bills.

Mobile Broadband Pool is ideal for customers who have more than one Mobile Broadband connections and need all their connections to consume volume from a common data pool that is created for this purpose. For example if a customer has 5 Mobile Broadband Connections of 5GB then he can create a pool with a total volume of 25GB from which all the connections will consume.

- The Mobile Broadband POOL service allows the creation of a data pool at customer level where the volume of all the connections is summed.
- The data pools for the Mobile Broadband POOL plans are separate and cannot be combined with each other. For example, a Mobile Broadband Pool 5GB connection and a Mobile Broadband Pool 500GB connection cannot coexist within the same customer pool.
- When the total volume consumed exceeds the total volume included in the pool then charges apply as shown on the table above.
- Mobile Broadband POOL connections will NOT be monitored by the Mobile Internet control system which applies for all other Mobile Internet and Mobile Broadband services. The customer can be informed for the volume that has been consumed by each connection after registering on MyCyta.
- Mobile Broadband Pool connections cannot be used abroad.

- Mobile Broadband Plans allow the use of Mobile Internet and the sending and receiving of SMS messages. Voice calls cannot be performed.
- Kilobytes, Megabytes and Gigabytes are units of measurement of consumed volume of data. One Megabyte (MB) corresponds to 1024 Kilobytes (KB) and one Gigabyte (GB) to 1024 Megabytes.
- The volume included in each plan can be used until the end of each month and is not transferable to the next month.
