The soeasy Connection Pack contains all you need to start using the soeasy mobile telephony:

  • A soeasy SIM card that connects you to the Cytamobile-Vodafone network
  • A user guide that contains all the information you need to get started
  • Your personal security codes and numbers
  • Terms and conditions
  • Validity period: 90 days

Get your connection activated


  • Insert the soeasy SIM card in your mobile phone and switch it on.
  • Key in your SIM PIN number which is written in the Connection Pack with your personal security codes and numbers (the initial is 1234 for all users) and press OK or YES (depending on your mobile). A few seconds later the indication CY GSM, CYTAGSM, CY CYTAGSM or CytaVoda will appear on the phone's display.
  • You can activate your Connection Pack with a validity period of 90 days, by calling 1882.

Choose plan

When you activate a soeasy connection pack, you have directly the soeasy Classic plan. Afterwards, you can activate the soeasy plan that suits your needs.

Validity Period

You may make and receive calls of the value credited for a certain number of days, referred to as the validity period.

Free initial airtime €5 or €1 Validity Period 90 days
After your free initial airtime validity period has ended, in the next 7 days you will be able to receive calls, make calls to 1882, 132 and Emergency Service numbers.
Any remaining credit in your account is automatically frozen.
15 days later, you will only be able to make calls to 1882, 132 and Emergency Service numbers.
Finally, 22 days after the end of your free initial airtime validity period soeasy is terminated.

soeasy gives you the periods, as shown in the table, within which you have the opportunity to top-up again and continue to use your soeasy connection as before. Any "frozen" credit in your account will be transferred and added to your new Top-up card value.
