The soeasy identification process is the verification of your personal details (first name, last name, ID) or your company's/organization's details (registered name, registration number) as the owner of the soeasy number. By completing identification, you ensure that your number is securely linked to your personal information offering increased security, fraud protection, and comply with the law regarding the Identification of Owners and Users of Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) or eSIM services for prepaid mobile telephony, in accordance with the 63(Ι) 2024 law.
The identification process applies to anyone who has a soeasy connection in any device, including alarm systems, home automation devices, smartphones, etc.
Registration of owners is only accepted for adult individuals. A minor (<18 years old) can be registered as a user of the service, only if the soeasy has already been registered by an adult. A user must be registered by providing the necessary documents at any Cyta shop.
Registration process can be performed online, through our official website and MyCyta app or in person at any Cyta store.
If you are a new soeasy customer, you will need to scan your ID or passport, enter the soeasy PUK and accept the Solemn Declaration online or alternatively, present the required documents at a Cyta store.
If you are an existing Cyta customer, simply log in or register on MyCyta app, add your soeasy and accept the Solemn Declaration. Make sure that you have your soeasy sim card with you, in order, to receive the verification code.
Registration of a soeasy for legal entities, non-EU citizens without a passport, holders of old laminated ID cards, and for user declaration (adult or minor) can only be completed at a Cyta store upon presentation of the required documents.
A visit to a Cyta store is also required for SIM cards installed in non-removable devices (such as elevators or alarm systems).

The following must be provided:

- What is the current account balance?
- When was the last top-up made?
- How much was credited in that top-up?
