Yes, you can host your domain name on Cyta’s servers.

If you choose to use both Cyta’s DNS and MX records, you must first contact us at support@cytanet.com.cy so we can create the zones and the email addresses. This ensures that there will be no significant interruption to your email service. If your website is hosted with another provider, please provide us with the IP address of the web server so that this parameter can also be configured.

If you choose to have only your emails with Cyta, then inform your domain administrator (DNS provider) to add the following MX records (after we create your email addresses) so they begin working on Cyta’s servers:

mx1.cytanet.com.cy priority 10
mx2.cytanet.com.cy priority 10
mail-relay.cytanet.com.cy priority 15

Note: Before proceeding with these changes, please send your request to support@cytanet.com.cy so we can take the necessary actions on our side.

If you are using another client, in order for your e-mails to remain on Cyta Webmail, we recommend the use of IMAP protocol.

With the internet connection service, we provide you with one (1) free email address, which we create with your connection to Cytanet. For additional email addresses visit www.cyta.com.cy/additional-email-addresses
