Yes, if you have Business Telephony or Business Telephony for PBX (SIP), you can register mobile phones to both of these services. To register mobiles, just select one of the intra-company call package options.

When you register a mobile number with a:

FREEDOM Plan: You get unlimited free minutes to other mobiles and landlines registered under the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services.

RED Plan: You get unlimited minutes to other mobiles and landlines registered under the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services.

Classic Mobiles: You can choose one of the packages with either 300 or unlimited minutes to other mobiles and landlines registered under the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services.

* Applies to up to 30 mobile numbers of the same package per order.

Yes, you can register non-company mobiles to both services.

Calls between business landlines that belong to the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services are free and unlimited.

For calls from the business landlines that belong to the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services to mobiles under the two services, the applicable landline call rates apply. Get unlimited calls from landlines to mobiles by subscribing to a FREEDOM package.

Yes, you can have free unlimited calls from landlines that belong to the Business Telephony and Business Telephony for PBX services to mobiles by subscribing to a FREEDOM unlimited intra-company calls package.

To subscribe to a FREEDOM unlimited intra-company calls package, you need:

• At least one mobile with a FREEDOM plan registered in the Business Telephony or Business Telephony for PBX service.
• A 24-month contract for the provision of free unlimited intra-company calls from landlines to mobiles registered in the services.

If you terminate all of your FREEDOM plan contracts before the end of the 24 months, your business will no longer benefit from unlimited free calls from fixed phones to mobiles. No other charge is imposed.

Yes you can. The monthly subscription is €7.25 per number, including VAT. Please note that at least one of your business branches will be charges with the basic Business Telephony monthly fee of 28,99 (includes VAT).

Don’t forget that in order to register with Business Telephony, you need a broadband connection (Internet/DSL Access/Ethernet).

With the Telephony OntheGo service, you can use your landline number anywhere, in Cyprus or abroad, on your smartphone, computer, and tablet, and enjoy low rates. The service requires the use of an application (app), such as BRIA, which is not provided by Cyta.

Telephony OntheGo is provided to fixed telephone numbers registered with Business Telephony or Telephony Small Business or Telephony Plus.

The facility is not provided to customers using Business Telephony for PBX.
