eSIM transfer to a new smartphone

Transfer your eSIM to your new smartphone and keep staying connected to everything you love.
Currently, the service is available only for iPhones with iOS 16 or later. The service will soon be available on other models as well, after manufacturers proceed with the necessary updates.

What you need to know

Your new iPhone must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Make sure you are signed in to your Apple account on both devices.
Your old iPhone is unlocked and within range with Bluetooth turned on. Also make sure you are using iOS 16 or later.
If you don't have access to your old iPhone, contact us for further assistance with transferring your eSIM.
The service applied to Postpaid customers.
The transfer fee is €5,00.

Step 1

On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular or Mobile service > Add eSIM.

Step 2

Select the number you want to transfer from another iPhone. If you don't see a list of numbers, tap Transfer from Nearby iPhone. This feature requires both devices to be running iOS 16 or later.

Step 3

Refer to your previous iPhone for instructions on how to confirm the transfer. To confirm the transfer, tap Transfer or, if prompted for a verification code, enter the code that appears on your new iPhone.

Step 4

Wait for the mobile plan to activate.
