2. The installation fee for the first decoder of the Cytavision Public Pack is €29,00 or €19,00 for simultaneous installation of Internet service. The installation fee for additional decoder is €29,00 or €19,00 for simultaneous installation of another decoder. The installation fee can be either paid in 10 monthly instalments or as a one-off payment.
   
3. The above charges do not include the connection fee and the rental of the telephone line or the broadband services access.
   
4. For small establishments with 1 or 2 Set-top-Boxes a 35% discount or 25% discount respectively is offered on the monthly subscription.
   
5. Additionally the Cytavision Public Pack packages are offered at a discounted price to small villages/communities and to Natural Persons or Legal Entities in the field of Betting Agencies.

Notes:

1. The channels are available to Cytavision Public Pack subscribers who are connected to the Cyta Fiber network.
   
2. The monthly charge includes VAT.
   
3. The free subscription for two monthly bills, includes the month of provisioning, irrespective of the day of the month.
   
4. Upon provisioning of the channels, the charge is calculated on a per day basis based on the date of provisioning.
   
5. Upon termination of the channels, temporary disconnection, or termination of the Cytavision Public Pack, you will be charged the full monthly charge of €10, irrespective of the day of the month.
   
6. To experience the ultimate 4K viewing experience, your screen resolution must be equal to or greater than 3840 x 2160 pixels. The key for getting the perfect picture is the right distance from your screen. Adjust your Set-top-Box to the best 4K viewing experience:
   • On your Set-top-Box remote control press "Settings".
   • Select «Resolution».
   • Activate the highest possible 4K resolution that your device supports.
