National Freephone Service

National Freephone Service offers all the advantages of Single Number Service with an extra facility by which all your customers’ calls to you are free.

From any district, customers can contact you on a non-geographic number. Calls are made on 800 XXXXX where 800 is the service code and XXXXX is your unique 5-digit number.

National Freephone Service is available in two versions: BASIC and GOLD.

With the BASIC version, using a single easily-remembered number you can forward your customers’ calls either to a central call center or to separate call centers by district.

With the GOLD version you can also forward calls to different numbers, according to the time they were made.

Note: You can receive free calls from abroad on 8009 XΧΧΧ (International Freephone Service).
