Up to 3 access points can be installed per service.
The monthly fee is €3 per access point. If you choose installation by a Cyta technician, there is an additional charge of €20 per visit.
Installation can be done either by yourself (self-installation) or by a Cyta technician. A €20 charge applies in case of a technician visit.
Yes, Super Wi-Fi comes with a 24-month commitment. After 24 months, the service continues with the same monthly charge per access point.
Early termination incurs a charge of €25. Additionally, the equipment must be returned, otherwise a €50 fee per access point applies.
Yes, you can add or remove access points via Cyta's support channels or authorized partners. When removing an access point, the equipment must be returned to avoid a fee.
Cyta is responsible for maintaining the access points, if the damage is due to normal use. If the damage is caused by misuse, the customer may be charged for replacement.
The Super Wi-Fi service can only be transferred if the Internet Home Fiber service is also transferred.
A fee of €50 per access point will be charged if the equipment is not returned.
