We would like to inform you of the initial measures we have taken to support the residents and businesses in the affected areas of the recent wildfires in the mountainous Limassol region:

  1. No Disconnections for July
    No customer will be disconnected due to an unpaid July bill.
  2. Free Services for August
    During August, we will not charge for Mobile, Fixed Telephony, Television (Cytavision) and Internet as follows:
    • Monthly subscriptions for the above services as well as any additional facility subscriptions
    • Local calls from fixed lines and mobiles, and
    • International calls from fixed lines and mobiles.

Note: Roaming charges, premium‑rate services (information lines & premium SMS), and device installment payments are excluded.

We remain in constant contact with the relevant authorities and stand ready to adjust our support as new needs arise.
