Basic Itemised Bill

Every month you receive at your billing address a summarized Cytamobile-Vodafone phone bill that contains:

• The Connection charge (only on your first bill).
• The Monthly subscription charge for the pay monthly plan you have selected. On your first bill, this charge will be reduced to be proportionate to the number of days of the month you have been connected.
• The total call/text messages/GPRS/etc. charges for the month.
• Any previous outstanding balance.
• 19% VAT.

To stay on top of your expenses, apart from the summarized phone bill, you can also choose
to have the Basic Itemised Bill that presents analytically all your voice calls and the summarized cost for text messages.

The Basic Itemised Bill presents the date, the time, the number called, the duration of the call as well as the charge.

We are obliged, by data privacy laws, to conceal the last three digits of the numbers you dial,
except in cases where you can provide a solid reason for doing otherwise. In such cases, you must submit a declaration stating the consent of the user not to conceal the last three digits of called numbers.
