- The models of the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max series will be available for preorder via Cyta’s online store from September 12 until September 17, 2026, and while stock lasts*.
- Customers may preorder an iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max series device combined with a CUBE/FREEDOM/RED plan or through a retail purchase.
- Sale of the devices will begin on September 18, 2026, starting from preorders placed. Customers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis and based on the quantities provided to Cyta by iSquare SA, Authorized Dealer of Apple.
- A waiting list will be maintained. Customers will be informed about their preorder progress by phone and/or SMS. Priority will be given to orders combined with a CUBE plan, then with FREEDOM/RED plans and finally to retail sale orders.
- The initial cost of the device for purchase with a CUBE/FREEDOM/RED plan or the cost of purchase of the device by retail sale will be withheld on the customer’s credit card.
- Customers have the right to cancel the preorder without any charge by email to webshop@cyta.com.cy. In such a case, the amount withheld on their credit card will also be released.
- All orders will be handled by Cyta’s online store and products will be delivered by courier to the customer’s personal address or to the Cyta shop of their choice.
