  1. The offer of repayment in installments is provided to existing and new customers who are/will become subscribers to Cytavision via TV App (Cypriot Football packages, Value TV Pack or Variety TV Pack) and shall remail subscribers for a continuous period of 24 months from the date they applied for this offer.
  2. Each Cytavision TV App subscription can avail this offer once.
  3. The offer can only be used for the purchase of a Smart TV or tablet.
  4. The offer can be used for the total amount of €600, €480 or €360 and the repayment is made to the monthly Cyta bill in 24 monthly installments of €25/€20/€15 depending on the total amount chosen.
  5. The offer amount can be redeemed from the official Cyta Partners or Cyta shops (for the purchase of a Smart TV or tablet) or at Cyta shops (for the purchase of a tablet). Redemption can only be done at the shop from which the offer was asked for.
  6. The monthly installments are paid by Direct Debit Authorisation. If no such active Direct Debit Authorisation for Cytavision installments exist, a new Direct Debit Authorisation application must be signed by the customer to this effect.
  7. In case of termination of the Cytavision TV App service, before the payment of the amount that is repaid in 24 installments, the customer must immediately pay the remaining installments and an additional €25 penalty fee.
  8. If the Smart TV or tablet is worth more than the selected offer amount, the customer pays the difference directly to the shop where the purchase is made.
  9. Offer products are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  10. The offer is valid until stocks at the Cyta and official Cyta Partners shops last.
  11. Customers will contact the company they purchased their products from for after sales support.
  12. Cyta reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
  13. The Cytavision TV App service is governed by Terms and Conditions and the General Agreement.
