With SameNumber you can share your monthly plan across various SIM cards using the same mobile number!

What you need to know

SameNumber customer can have up to 4 SIM cards with the same number. First one would be the Primary one and the rest three would be Secondary ones.

There is no need to switch between SIM cards as all four of them are activated simultaneously.

SameNumber customer can make outgoing calls, send SMS and use mobile internet using any device/SIM card.

Incoming calls are delivered to all devices simultaneously.

Incoming SMS are delivered to the Primary SIM exclusively.

Roaming experience in available with SameNumber as long as your device has roaming capabilities built in.

How do I get SameNumber

SameNumber is available for all monthly plan customers (RED / FREEDOM / Classic) on top of plan's relevant charges.

In case VoLTE is not activated yet on your device you first need to do that and then choose SameNumber.

Multisim customers who wish to transfer to SameNumber should:

Terminate existing service

Activate VoLTE

Activate SameNumber

Notes:

  1. Apple Watch & Galaxy Watch do not require a separate order placement for SameNumber service. SameNumber is automatically activated via the "On device activation" method followed to activate eSIM.
  2. The service is available only on compatible devices that support 5G technology or are 4G Ready. Make sure your device meets the necessary technical requirements to ensure the service works properly.
