VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) technology changes the voice call experience on mobile networks, offering better sound quality and use of multiple services while performing a call.

The service is offered for free to all Cyta mobile customers for almost all the models, of the most popular brands, supporting VoLTE.

How to activate VoLTE

Samsung: VoLTE is available on Samsung models with Android 11 or newer.

Apple: The VoLTE service is available on iPhone 6 and newer models.

Xiaomi: VoLTE is available on Xiaomi models from 2022 onward.

Other devices: Certification for Huawei devices is expected.

Important Notes:

VoLTE technology is available to Cyta postpaid and prepaid mobile customers, provided they have a compatible device.
VoLTE technology is not available when combined with a MultiSIM service and will not be activated for existing MultiSIM customers.
VoLTE customers will not be able to activate MultiSIM service. However a similar service to MultiSIM will be developed soon.
VoLTE service should be activated only once.
VoLTE service can be deactivated anytime through settings, however the customer remains a VoLTE customer.
An Apple device with an activated VoLTE service cannot perform conference calls. To do that one needs to deactivate VoLTE service first. However, the service will be available with the next software update (iOS 15).
