- Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- The Value TV Pack or Variety TV Pack subscription:
- is calculated and charged on a per day basis, upon activation of the service,
- is charged on a per day basis, during the month of upgrade, downgrade or termination, according to days of use.
- The Cyprus Football Pack and additional sports packages subscription:
- is charged for the entire month, for the first month of activation, irrespective of the day of the month the activation was made,
- is charged on a per day basis, during the month of service termination or package deactivation.
- Trial Pack if offered to anyone, free of charge, for 3 months and if the pack remains active after the 3 months’ period, it is upgraded to Value TV Pack.
- Prices do not include the installation charge, line rental and/or the cost of access to broadband services.
- Variety TV Pack is offered to Cyta internet customers only.
- Adult content (Adult Channels Pack, Hustler Blue channel and VoD adult movies) are not available via Cytavision TV App.
- Through the 3 main TV packages (Value TV Pack, Variety TV Pack and Cyprus Football Pack), subscribers have the chance of simultaneous viewing on one (1) smart tv device and one (1) mobile device, with option to activate 2nd and 3rd viewing.
- The minimum upload speed for SD/HD content is 10Mbps and for UHD content is 20Mbps.
- As of 28/08/2025, Cytavision Packages via Set-Top Box are no longer commercially available. For new subscriptions, you can choose the TV App service.
- I have Internet service from Cyta or any other network provider.
- My Smart TV or Android Box is compatible.
- To find out if my Smart TV or Android Box is compatible, I can search for the Cytavision App in the Samsung, LG or Google Play stores. If I find it then I can download it. If not, here I can find more instructions and the Android Box specifications.
- To activate a 2nd and/or 3rd viewing, I have a 2nd and/or 3rd Smart TV/Android box.
- I have given my email and mobile number to Cyta for online service and communication.
- I am aware that with Cytavision TV App the adult content is not available (Adult channels, Hustler Blue and VoD Adult Movies).
- I can purchase the Trial Pack, Value TV Pack and the Cyprus Football Pack, but not the Variety TV Pack, if my Internet service is not from Cyta.
