International Call Packages

Now with RED/ FREEDOM you enjoy much more, as you can add International voice minutes to landlines and mobiles of European Union countries.

Notes

1. To find the package that suits you, send SMS message with the word PLAN to 8000, call 132 or visit one of our Cytashops.
2. RED/ FREEDOM Customers who are legal entities can choose the new packages by calling 132 or through their business consultant.

Terms & Conditions

1. The international call packages are available only to RED/ FREEDOM customers who have 12-month or 24-month commitment.
2. Voice minutes can be used for international calls to mobiles and landlines of European Union countries.
3. The charging unit is per minute. After the depletion of voice minutes of each package, the existing rates to fixed and mobile of each country apply.
4. If the customer chooses another Plan (Classic) then will automatically terminate and International Calls package.
5. By providing the package subscription will be charged throughout and right all the minutes of the package.
6. International Calls Bundles are add-ons on RED/ FREEDOM plans.
7. Customer who performs a change on his plan during a month, will be charged both subscriptions. However will be also entitled of all minutes provided in the two packages.
8. During package change, any minutes that have not been consumed are not transferred to the new package.
9. Minutes are not consumed within a monthly billing period cannot be transferred to the next.
10. No limited period is required for the bundles. Therefore customers can terminate International Calls Bundle at anytime.
