Mailbox Backup

Cyta Mailbox Subscribers can make use of Mailbox Backup for their mailbox.

The facility includes daily backup of their messages, contacts, folders and mailbox settings for a period of two weeks.

Mailbox Backup activation is carried out by the subscriber themselves on their email page as follows:

• By selecting Options > Accounts > Backup from the menu.
• Then, activating the option "Enable Mailbox Backup."

Retrieval of email mailbox information can be done for a period of up to two weeks back, by contacting Cyta Call Center 132 or Cyta Business 150.

Please note that the following information cannot be recovered:

• Messages that were received or sent before the two-week period or after the completion of the last daily backup.
• Any other changes made to the mailbox after the completion of the last daily backup.
