No, the CUBE plans are offered with no commitment, each service's separate commitments apply. Discounts apply as long as all four (4) services are retained.
In case of removal, termination, or transfer of any service or an add-on, the CUBE plan will be ceased, automatically, the discounts will be canceled, and the remaining active services will be charged at the current retail prices. The same applies if the termination occurs due to non-payment.
CUBE plans include:
a. Mobile: FREEDOM Max
b. Fixed + Access: Telephony Plus
c. Internet Home: Internet Fiber 1Gbps
d. Cytavision through TV app: (CUBE) Value or (CUBE plus) Variety plus Cyprus and International sport events.
No, sports packs are not offered in the CUBE plan. Sports packs are available in the CUBE plus plan only.
You can add from 1 to 6 mobile services to each CUBE or CUBE plus plan, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements set by Cyta.
Yes, upgrading from CUBE to CUBE plus is free of charge.
The downgrade from CUBE plus to CUBE incurs a charge of €25.
No, the plans are non-transferable. You can transfer individual service(s). In this case, the CUBE or CUBE plus plan is terminated, discounts are canceled, and charges revert to the current retail prices. If all four (4) services are transferred, new customer can re-activate the CUBE plans.
To activate the plan, apply on our website www.cyta.com.cy, at our stores or authorized Cyta representatives’ stores, or by calling 132. If you are not already a holder of one of the four (4) core Cyta services (Mobile, Fixed, Internet Home, Cytavision), we will proceed with the provision of the missing services.
