Call Forwarding

An extremely useful service if you are constantly on the move and don’t want to miss any calls.

With Call Forwarding you can transfer your incoming calls to any telephone in Cyprus – fixed, mobile or a VoiceMail.

There are three types of call forwarding:
  • Forwarding of all incoming calls.
  • Forwarding of incoming calls only when the telephone is engaged.
  • Forwarding of incoming calls which are not answered within a set time.

Provision/ Usage Instructions
It’s easy to activate any type of call forwarding from your fixed telephone, depending on your needs.

To forward all incoming calls:
Activate:
Dial * 2 1 (telephone number) #
Cancel:
Dial # 2 1 #

To forward incoming calls when your telephone is engaged:
Activate:
Dial * 2 2 (telephone number) #
Cancel:
Dial # 2 2 #

To forward incoming calls only if they have not been answered within a set time:
Activate:
Dial * 2 4 (telephone number) #
Cancel:
Dial # 2 4 #

The service allows you to set the number of rings after which the call will be considered as not answered.
For Broadband Telephony:

Dial *610  and then you will be asked to set the number of rings you wish (before your no answer call policy applies) and then press #.

For Analogue Telephony:

Dial * 6 4 * Χ # where Χ is the time in which you want a call to be forwarded, in seconds (1-60).

Examples
  • You are in Nicosia and you want to forward your calls, only when your telephone is engaged, to the Nicosia number 22701260:

    Activate: * 2 2 2 2 7 0 1 2 6 0 #
    Cancel: # 2 2 #
     
  • You are in Nicosia and you want to forward all your calls to the Limassol number 25701260:

    Activate: * 2 1 2 5 7 0 1 2 6 0 #
    Cancel: # 2 1 #
Call Forwarding is available to all fixed telephony subscribers and no application is required.
