Cytavision on the Go is a new service launched for Super Pack subscribers who can watch live Cyta Championship football matches free on their mobile phone or tablet, and simultaneously on two devices from anywhere.
Cyta’s Head Offices in Nicosia obtain “Green Office” certification.
Cyta obtains full Tier 3 certification of the Makarios Teleport from the World Teleport Association.
Cyta’s mobile network is upgraded with 4.5G speeds.
The Cyta Call Centre receives ISO 18295-1:2017 quality certification for Customer Contact Centres, making Cyta the only organisation in Cyprus, and one of the first in in the world, to implement the new management system standards.
Cyta becomes the first organisation in Cyprus to be certified as a Communication, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) Provider, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 1035/2011. Certification is awarded to Cyta by the National Supervisory Authority following a lengthy and demanding process.
Cyta signs two new agreements to extend the Cytanet network, which now has a direct connection to the Moscow Internet Exchange (MSK-IX) and the Bulgarian Internet Exchange (BIX).
