Governance Charter

The Governance Charter is the foundation of Cyta’s Corporate Governance Framework and provides a common reference point for the Board of Directors, Executive Management and all employees. It guides our decision-making and the fulfilment of our responsibilities in accordance with the principles of transparency, integrity, accountability and responsible conduct.

Policies

Cyta’s Policies are an integral part of its Corporate Governance Framework, setting out the principles, rules and standards that govern our operations. Through these policies, we reinforce compliance, transparency, accountability, and responsible conduct across all areas of our business.

Responsible Governance Conference

The conference, "Responsible Governance: Values in Action", highlighted the role of modern corporate governance as a foundation for trust, accountability, resilience and long-term value creation. It featured the presentation of Cyta's Corporate Governance Framework, demonstrating how governance principles are translated into everyday practice.

The event featured the presentation of Cyta's  Corporate Governance Framework, a keynote address by Mr Petros Florides and a panel discussion on the role of governance in building trust, accountability, and long-term value.
