1. Plans with a handset are provided with a 24-month contract.
2. Plans without handset (sim-only) are provided with a 24-month commitment or with a monthly commitment. The fee for the monthly commitment is the same as the subscription fee after the 24 month commitment expires. The monthly commitment is offered only through the Cyta Shops and Partner Network.

- Existing RED plus 5GB/12GB customers with Handset (24month contract) can be transferred to Freedom plans by maintaining their existing contract duration or can remain in their plan until the expiry of their commitment.
- Existing RED plus 5GB/12GB customers with Handset (24month contract) can be transferred to RED plus 4GB/10GB plans by maintaining their existing contract duration or can remain in their plan until the expiry of their commitment.
- Existing RED plus 5GB/12GB customers with 12month commitment or without commitment can be transferred to Freedom plans by signing a new commitment (24 months or monthly).
- Existing RED plus 5GB/12GB customers with 12month commitment or without commitment can be transferred to RED plus 4GB/10GB by signing a new commitment (24 months or monthly).
