safeMobile Terms of Access and Use

  1. The present terms and conditions govern your access and use of the safeMobile application, the proprietary rights of which belong to Cyta. By using the app you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions of use.

  2. safeMobile is an application designed to help parents of young mobile phone users block unwanted communication and or restrict access to applications from their child’s mobile phone.

  3. safeMobile does not block previously activated premium services. However, it is possible for the user to voluntarily block premium services such as Premium SMS messages by calling 132.

  4. If an unauthorized phone number calls or sends a message to the mobile number where the safeMobile application is installed, then these messages and calls are archived in the relevant native applications. Access to the native applications is possible only by the person who knows the safeMobile username and password.

  5. The safeMobile application may be disabled at any time if the mobile user knows the username and the password. Users are responsible for keeping their password secured.

  6. safeMobile works only on android mobile devices v.2.3 or more recent.

  7. safeMobile is provided on an entirely "as-is" basis and without any warranty. The user is solely responsible for the use of safeMobile. Cyta shall not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with any download, use, interception, failure or non-availability of safeMobile.

  8. Editing, modifying, copying or reverse engineering of safeMobile is prohibited.

  9. The safeMobile app is free to download from Google’s play-store.

  10. The applicable mobile telephony charges will be billed in accordance with the selected mobile plan.

  11. Certain safeMobile features require mobile internet to operate.

  12. Terminating your mobile plan or transferring the ownership of your mobile subscription to another user will result in the inability to use the safeMobile app. Any uploaded data, such as pictures, will be deleted.

  13. The safeMobile app works only with a Cytamobile-Vodafone plan.

  14. safeMobile features may change from time to time without any prior notice.

  15. Cytamobile-Vodafone is subject to the General Agreement and the special terms of the mobile service.

  16. Cyta reserves the right to amend these Terms of Access and Use.
