By placing the order, I declare that I have read and accept the Summary Agreement

  1. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
  2. The Value Pack, Variety Pack, Cyprus Football Package (with STB) and additional sports packages subscription upon provision of the service is calculated and charged on a per day basis.
  3. The Value Pack, Variety Pack, Cyprus Football Package (with STB) and additional sports packages subscription upon upgrading packages is calculated and charged on a per day basis, according to the number of days in the month for each package.
  4. Value Pack, Variety Pack, Cyprus Football Package (with STB) and additional sports packages subscription charges:
    • Upon termination: The whole monthly charge, irrespective of the day of the month. The termination process on the last day of the month starts around 22:00.
    • On downgrading: The whole monthly charge, irrespective of the day of the month. The downgrading process on the last day of the month starts around 22:00. If you downgrade, you will be charged the following month for your new selected package.
    • During a temporary disconnection: The whole monthly charge, irrespective of the day of the month. The following month you will be charged for a temporary disconnection.
  5. The installation charge for all three Cytavision packages is €71.40 payable at once or in 10 monthly instalments.
  6. Prices do not include the installation charge, line rental or the cost of access to broadband services.
