Cyta supports its customers

What we are experiencing today is unprecedented and the situation we are dealing with is extremely difficult. Inthisstateofemergency, wegobacktowherewestarted. Our customers have always been – and will always be – our top priority. We stand beside them, we draw strength from them and, together, we will emerge stronger from these testing times. This is the moment when we need to actively support the people who have supported us all these years.

In this context, following the Organisation’s donation of €300,000 to the Ministry of Health, as well as various other actions already announced, Cyta is taking the following measures in support of its customers:

  1. The period during which no services will be disconnected due to non-payment of bills has been extended to 30 June 2020.
  1. The Mobile Internet data volume will be doubled as of 1 April 2020 and for three months for all customers
    • on a monthly plan (RED, Classic, MakeYourOwn, Mobile Wi-Fi, VMB, Youth).
    • on a prepaid plan (soeasy Plus/Youth) and with the purchase of Mobile Internet packages.

  2. The speed of FREEDOM and FREEDOM Plus plans will be doubled from 1 April 2020 for three months.
  1. No extra charge will be imposed on customers stranded in other EU countries when they exceed the permitted user limit for roaming services for three months.
  1. The content of the Nova on Demand and Disney on Demand movie libraries is being enhanced and offered free of charge to Cytavision Variety Pack and Super Pack subscribers.
  1. The entertainment content for Cytavision Value Pack subscribers is being enhanced free of charge with
    • the movie channels Village Cinema HD, Movies Best HD and Novalife from 1 April 2020 for three months.
    • the Disney children movie library from 1 April 2020 for three months.

  2. Simultaneous viewing of CytavisionGo will be increased to two devices for three months.
  1. Free installation of Cytavision is offered until 30 June 2020.
  1. Free installation and subscription to the Cytavision Hotel Pack for three months is offered to hotels being used for quarantine purposes (certain technical requirements apply).
  1. Free installation of Fixed Internet and Telephony is offered until 30 June 2020.
  1. The temporary disconnection of the Cytavision Public Pack is possible for the entire period during which businesses are closed so that, once restrictions are lifted, they can easily reactivate the service.
  1. Business tools enabling the work flow of Cyta customers will be provided free of charge for three months. For more information visit www.cyta.com.cy/business/en
  1. Upgraded teleworking tools (Microsoft Office 365, Business Cloud, VPN, Meet Me Conference) will be provided free of charge for three months.
