Enhanced Customer Service from Cyta

Cyta launches Support Channel of “How To” videos on YouTube

Cyta is regularly and consistently enhancing its customer service via various channels and especially on social media. Making the most of its daily contact with customers of the Cyta Call Centre and other means of communication, and after studying the most frequently asked questions about its products and services, the company has created a number of short “How To” videos and made them available on its own Cyta Support YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/cytasupport.

With the help of the quick and easy videos, anyone can follow the step-by-step process of how to change an e-mail or network password, how to rent movies from Cytavision, how to manage Red Family mobile phone plans and much more. The content is being constantly enriched according to subscribers’ needs and the videos are gradually being subtitled in Greek and English to serve customers with hearing impairment.

It should be noted that the Cyta Call Centre recently obtained the ISO 18295-1:2017 quality certification for Customer Contact Centres, officially making Cyta the only organisation in Cyprus and one of the first in in the world to implement the new management system standards.

With the launch of its Cyta Support channel, Cyta demonstrates in practice the importance given to customer service and the continuous, consistent and reliable upgrading of its services.
