PRESS RELEASE 83/2012
Cyta promises a new customer experience at its new Cytashop in Agias Fylaxeos Street, Limassol
A new Cytashop, with specially-designed areas for the provision of state-of-the-art technology services, opened in Agias Fylaxeos Street, Limassol, on Wednesday 14 November.
Cyta has created the new store with the increased demands of its customers and the needs of the latest technology in mind. A key innovation concerns the strategic design and the technology which aim to provide free movement to customers, giving them a chance to see close-up and actually use Cyta’s products and services so as to have their own hands-on experience of them.
As Cyta Chairman Stathis Kittis stated, the obligations of the Organisation are as one with its customers’ demands for integrated electronic communication solutions provided in a simple, smart, safe and secure manner.
Mr Kittis noted that the implementation of Cyta’s new customer service policy is a natural follow-up to the creation of its own chain of stores and it gives customers one more reason to trust the Organisation and to make it their first choice for integrated electronic communication products and services.
Marios Karatzias, Senior Manager Customer Service, said that Cyta’s strategy on which the new store is founded does not concern only the layout of the floor space but focuses on the best possible customer service with the introduction of new roles for the staff, new procedures and new interactive technology systems. These innovations respond to the wishes of customers, said Mr Karatzias, and he promised that the strategy will continue and will affect a customer’s every contact with Cyta, to ensure that service is an “experience of excellence”.
The official opening of the new Cytashop was carried out jointly by Mr Kittis and Limassol Mayor Andreas Christou who welcomed what he called this pioneering action on the part of Cyta which aims at serving a large number of customers in Limassol.
At the new store on the day of the opening, specialist staff with expert knowledge presented the latest models of smartphones, tablets and laptops and answered questions about the relevant new technologies.
