Basic Itemised Bill with Restricted Digits
Includes analysis of calls to mobile telephony networks, international destinations, the Internet, audiotex services and activation of facilities. Also includes analysis of calls to Cyta’s fixed network and to other linked fixed networks.

The analysis includes the following:

• Information per call (called number, date of call, time of call, duration of call and charge)
• Basic information on remaining successful calls for which analysis is not provided free of charge. This includes: total number of calls, total duration and total charge.
• All the customer’s credits or charges that are not included in the above, such as the connection fee.

Cyta is obliged to conceal the three last digits of called numbers.


Basic Itemised Bill with Permitted Digits
Cyta is obliged to conceal the three last digits of called numbers, except where the customer provides a reason for doing otherwise and submits a declaration that he/she has obtained the specific consent of users not to conceal the last three digits of called numbers.


Reissue of Basic Itemised Bill with Restricted/Permitted Digits
Provided for a period not longer than the six (6) previous months to customers of the “Basic Itemised Bill” service.


Basic Itemised Bill upon request with Restricted/Permitted Digits
Provided free to non-customers of the “Basic Itemised Bill” and “Extended Itemised Bill” services for a maximum period of six (6) previous months.
