What are the Privileges of the Super User?

The Super User can:
1. Add new users.
2. Determine the type of each user e.g. family user, super-user.
3. Determine the privileges and restrictions of each user regarding the type of content he/she may access.

How can I change the PIN of a particular user?

From Main menu

1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Change PIN” and then press the right arrow or enter or OK.
4. Type in the old number and then the new one in the appropriate fields.
5. Select “Accept” or “Cancel” to confirm or cancel your choice.
6. Press enter or OK.

Please remember that, change of PIN for any user can only be done by the Super User. Providing a new user (Family or Super User) with a PIN can be done during the process of creating the user's account as described in the question “How can I add a new user?”.

How can I change a user’s characteristics (Profile)?
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Change Profile” and press the right arrow or enter or OK.
4. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the user whose characteristics you wish to change.
5. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
6. Use the arrow keys to choose a field and fill in all the fields with the appropriate data.
7. Press "Accept" or "Cancel" to confirm or cancel the changes made.
8. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
How can I add a new user?
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the category “Add User” and press the right arrow or enter or OK.
4. Use the up-down arrows to choose the fields you wish to fill in with the new user's data.
5. Press “Αccept” or “Cancel” to confirm or cancel your selection.
6. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
How can I delete a user from the system?
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Delete User” and then the right arrow or enter or OK.
4. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the user you wish to delete and then the right arrow or enter or OK.
5. Press "Accept" or "Cancel" to confirm or cancel the deletion.
6. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
How can I block a channel for a user or for the Whole Account?
While you are in Menu:
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Channel Blocking”.
4. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
5. Use the up and down arrow keys to choose the user for whom you wish to block a channel.
6. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
7. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the channel you want to block for the specific user.
8. Press the Green button to Block the channel for the user or the Yellow button to block the channel for the whole account (for all users).
9. Choose the same buttons for Unblocking channel or account accordingly.
How can I change the age of a user?
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Parental Control”.
4. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
5. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the field “Select Rating”.
6. Press the right arrow or enter or OK to change the age of the user.
7. Press “Accept” or “Cancel” to confirm or cancel your transaction.
8. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
How can I check my personal or family bill?
Every Cytavision user can check his/her personal bill (Family and Super Users).
1. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “Settings”.
2. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
3. Use the up-down arrow keys to choose the option “My Account”.
4. Press the right arrow or enter or OK to view analytically personal bill for current user.
5. Choose Yellow button for User selection or Blue button for selecting time period or billing categories.
6. Press the right arrow or enter or OK.
