“Cytamobile Services” refers to a set of online services that are available to all Cytamobile-Vodafone customers (pay monthly and soeasy). Access is through My Cyta and, among other things, it enables you to check your account and manage your plan and products.
As a pay monthly customer, you can find information about your chosen plan and products, see your bill and pay it online; if you have a MakeYourOwn plan, you can monitor your mobile phone use in terms of Talk Time, Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Internet, and amend your plan whenever your needs change; you can also manage your MyGroups and choose a personal benefit, activate settings and cybee alerts and send free Web SMS.
As a soeasy customer, you can find information about your chosen plan and products, activate the soeasy plan that best suits your needs, top up your account 24 hours a day in a fast, easy and totally secure way, see which soeasy Rewards you haven’t yet used as well as the last five prizes you have won.
When you log in to My Cyta and add your mobile phone, you can use Cytamobile Services to find out about your plan (pay monthly or soeasy) and your other products (e.g. Twin SIM, Mobile Internet, etc.)
When you log in to My Cyta in the Cytamobile Services section, if you are a pay monthly customer, you can setup your own MakeYourOwn plan after viewing details of your monthly mobile phone use in terms of Talk Time and/or Text Messaging (SMS) and/or Mobile Internet during the past six months.
Of course. As a MakeYourOwn customer, you can log in to My Cyta and go to the Cytamobile Services where you can change your plan at any time. Changes to the Talk Time package are activated immediately and those to the Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Internet packages the next day. If you have any other Classic pay monthly plan or soseasy pay as you go connection and you wish to make a change to it, you can do so by calling 132 or visiting any Cytashop.
Through Cytamobile Services you can check movements in your account and your Mobile Internet use at any time, depending on your particular plan and package. Specifically, if you have a MakeYourOwn plan, you can check your current use in terms of Talk Time and/or Text Messaging (SMS) and/or Mobile Internet. If you have a Classic pay monthly plan with Mobile Internet, you can find out about how much use you have made of your Mobile Internet.
With Cytamobile Services you can see the totals of any unpaid bills as well as charges for the current month.
Yes, you can pay the total of all issued bills online under Cytamobile Services > My Mobile by clicking below the amount due on the link “Pay Your Bill”. Payment is by credit card. In order to pay, you will need to enter details of the bill you wish to pay, which you will find on the printed bill that is sent to you.
No. The online settlement of bills is free.
With Cytamobile Services you can see how much you owe for all the mobile phone calls made until the “Date of Last Call” that has been processed. Please note that there may be calls made before this date that have not yet been processed and are therefore not included (for example, international calls, international roaming charges). Also the amount does not include monthly/fixed subscription charges or VAT.
In Cytamobile Services, go to the My Mobile central page where you will see the remaining amount in your account and its expiry date.
