CYTAVISION IS UPGRADING AND OFFERS A SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT TO ITS CUSTOMERS     

Cyta wishes to inform all those who had a Cytavision subscription on 31st of December 2008 that it is offering them a 50% subscription discount for the Cytavision basic package for the month of December 2008. This action proves that Cyta appreciates the patience and understanding shown by its customers when certain problems occurred during the service upgrade period which took place recently.

In the month of December 2008, Cytavision underwent several upgrades to change its navigation environment in an effort to facilitate its customers even more. These actions, along with the technical problems caused by bad weather conditions, resulted into affecting the continuous and smooth access to the service for a number of customers. For these problems that were caused in various services and especially in the Cytavision service during this period, Cyta wishes to express its apologies and would like to assure its customers that it will make every possible effort to eliminate similar incidents in the future.

The work has now almost been completed and Cytavision customers are already enjoying the benefits of the service upgrade. The new electronic TV programme guide has become more user friendly, allowing Cytavision customers to watch post-dated TV programmes, while they receive simultaneous information on all channels. In addition, they can also view analytical summaries of the different programmes.

Cytavision would like to ensure its customers that it will continue upgrading and enriching its programme with popular channels and movies in the Video on Demand service, thus offering more options to its customers.
