FREE REPLACEMENT OF 16KB SIM CARDS WITH 128KB
CYTAMOBILE-VODAFONE MENU SIM CARDS
Within the framework of its
strategy for the continuous enrichment of its products and services
portfolio, Cytamobile-Vodafone will continue to replace, free of
charge, its pay monthly and soeasy customers’ older SIM cards
with the new, Cytamobile-Vodafone MENU SIM cards until the end of
December 2006.
The Cytamobile-Vodafone Menu SIM card has a 128KB
memory compared to the 16KB memory of the older SIM card. This
increased memory and advanced technology enables customers to store
up to 250 telephone numbers and 30 SMS messages. It also provides
direct and easy access to the Cytamobile-Vodafone MENU with its wide
range of services.
Since July 2004, when the free replacement of older
SIM cards with Cytamobile-Vodafone MENU SIM cards began, 70% of
Cytamobile-Vodafone customers have replaced their cards, recognising
the upgraded facilities that are offered.
Cytamobile-Vodafone thanks its customers for choosing
the Cytamobile-Vodafone MENU and confirms its commitment to
providing continuous support.
Old SIM cards can be replaced through the Cytamobile-Vodafone’s
Sales Network shops (cytashop, Aeliotis, Germanos and Telefone).
