Cytamobile-Vodafone is offering as of March 1st 2005 a new service to all its pay monthly  customers, the Twin SIM Card Service. This service offers the customers the opportunity to have two SIM cards with the same telephone number.

The service appeals to all those customers who need to have two different mobile phones (for professional or personal reasons). The customer must place the two SIM cards in each of the two mobile phones and can activate one card at a time.

The way to activate the service and switch between the two cards is very simple.  All the customer has to do is press #103# [OK] on the mobile phone to be used. Only one SIM card may be activated at a time however it is not necessary to turn off the deactivated mobile phone.

The Twin SIM Card service is offered through the Cytamobile-Vodafone Sales Network: Cytashop, Aeliotis, Germanos, Stephanis, Telefone. The connection cost is £10 without any additional monthly fee. The cost of replacing both cards is £7. There is no cost for switching between the two SIM cards.
