soeasy TOP-UP CARD VALIDITY EXTENSION
Responding to its customers needs,
Cytamobile –Vodafone is extending the top-up validity period of all
soeasy top-up cards.
As from
November 11th 2004, all top-up card activations, irrespective of
their value £5, £10 or £20, will renew top-up validity for 12
months.
The extended
validity period applies to all soeasy top-up cards found in the
market, despite of the validity period stated on them (There is
still a large stock of soeasy top-up cards with the old validity
period printed on them.).
Please note
that when the top-up validity period expires, customers have a time
span of 22 days during which they can activate a new top-up card. If
this does not happen, during the first 7 days the customers will
only be able to receive incoming calls and in the following 15 days,
they will not be able either to make or to receive calls. The soeasy
service will then be automatically terminated.
