CYTAMOBILE-VODAFONE
CHANGES IN THE soeasy CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS In line with our
harmonization with the Rules for Numbering published by the Commissioner of
Electronic Communication and Postal Regulation, Cytamobile-Vodafone advances in
changing the soeasy customer care numbers.
The new numbers, which will
apply from Friday 15 October 2004, are presented on the table below:

Cytamobile-Vodafone, being faithful in its commitment to
continuously support its customers, advances in the adoption of a number of
different ways to inform its soeasy customers, ensuring the smooth transition to
the new numbers.
Particularly, all soeasy customers will receive an SMS message
before the 15th of October (date of implementation of the new
numbers), which will inform them of the new numbers and the date of their
operation.
Also, for duration of one month, from 15th of October
up to 15th of November 2004, the new numbers will operate in parallel
with the existing numbers.
Finally, for a period of six months that is from the 15th of
November 2004 up to the 15th of May 2005 all calls to the existing numbers will
be diverted to a free of charge recorded message which will inform the customers
of the new numbers.
