Price reduction and new beneficial terms for the replacement of SIM cardsCYTA would like to inform the CYTAGSM Mobile Telephony customers, that in line with its efforts for improved customer service, as of Monday 30 July, new terms and price reductions will apply for the replacement of SIM Cards. These terms will apply for both the soeasy prepaid and postpaid service SIM Cards in cases of loss, defect or damage, as follows:
For additional information or clarifications interested customers may contact the regional CYTA Customer Service Offices or the CYTA Call Centre 132.
- Free of charge replacement of a defected or damaged SIM card within three months from its activation date. This does not apply in case of loss of SIM card.
- Price reduction to £7 (plus VAT), for the replacement of SIM card after the period of three months and in all cases of loss of a SIM card.
- Free of charge replacement of SIM card due to incompatibility between the voltage of the SIM card and the voltage of the mobile phone.
