CYTAGSM: Operator assisted services for
telegrams and international callsThe Cyprus Telecommunications Authority informs its CYTAGSM customers that as from Saturday, April 1st, 2000 they will be able to call from their mobile phones the operator assisted services 196 for telegrams and 198 for international calls.
The special rates used for Fixed Telephony calls to the operator assisted services will also apply for Mobile Telephony calls to these services. However, customers who wish to obtain further information on special rates may call 196 or 198, free of charge. It is noted that the total charges for these services will appear only on customers’ monthly summarised bills and not on itemised statements.
Customers who have activated the Call Barring of International Calls will not be able to call 198.
For further information, customers may visit any of our Customer Service Offices or call CYTA Customer Call Centre on 132.
